For years, I have served as a useful source of motivation, help or advice. I finally decided to own that role and be intentional about it. I started Honoring Strengths with a mission to give others a taste of my thoughts and experiences, and I have been at it ever since. What started a collection of articles I wrote has evolved into a rich site filled with information about various topics that are near and dear to my heart.

ABOUT ME
Several years ago I realized that congregations spend precious resources seeking counsel to help their ministries thrive. Whether it be for visioning, strategic planning, mission and vision statement clarity, identifying core values or turning vision into action, they reach out for assistance or guidance. However, most never move past that initial step and become stuck. Some communities of faith feel lost and long to find their uniqueness. This uniqueness -- their niche, DNA, calling -- leads to impacting their community for the Kingdom of God. This search, however, should be a joyful journey and one that is easier when you have someone alongside you.
